Kochiites, get ready for some ‘desi’ shopping as our city will be hosting the Crafts Bazar this weekend. The stalls will have different art crafts, dresses, accessories, and gift items which will be all handmade and unique. Kerala State industries Minister P. K. Kunjalikutty will be inaugurating the event on Friday. The event is organized by The Kerala Handicrafts Development Corporation.


From terracotta items, Rajasthani paintings, saris (hand-woven), and handloom items, there will be lots to choose from. The Crafts bazaar will be open at 10 a.m and you can drop in till any time before 8 p.m. The venue is at Ernakulam Siva Temple Grounds.
Handicrafts exhibitions in the city have always been welcomed with open arms and this time,  Kochiites will absolutely love shopping for these Indian handmade items which are priced at really reasonable rates.
The Crafts Bazar exhibition is aimed at promoting the local industries, and will be a venue for artisans to come together and show what they have made. So whether you are in the mood to walk around and take a look at the products, or want to do some real shopping; make sure you check this one out!
